I am an experienced and accomplished human resources and marketing professional with certifications as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and SHRM Certified Professional. I have a passion for people and helping them achieve their highest potential. I believe in formal and informal education and the belief that continuous improvement is the key to success. I have several years of business experience currently specializing in human resources and marketing. My education and experience has proved to be essential in my personal and career growth. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing and later pursued a Master's of Science in Administration concentrating in Human Resources. I have a strong background in customer service and how to enhance the customer and employee experience. I have also gained experience in the hospitality field and first class guest service by interning at a fortune 100 company.


I am very success orientated and a natural leader. In order to strive for success, I believe that constant evaluation and continuous improvement are essential. As a leader, I know and value of being a team player and how vital every member of a team can be. My competitive nature attributes to my traits of determination and keeps me motivated to learn and enhance others and myself.
