I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing and later pursued a Master's of Science in Administration concentrating in Human Resources. I have a strong background in customer service and how to enhance the customer and employee experience. I have also gained experience in the hospitality field and first class guest service by interning at a fortune 100 company.
